Everyone always asks why I am so comfortable with my body. Truth is, there is not a single reason I can think of as to why I should hate my body. Because society says I am fat? Because it’s not socially acceptable for me to accept myself? All the basic reasons why most people hate what they see in mirror every day, do not matter to me. I have one life, and one life only. I’ve had many obstacles to face, much more important than the size of my waist. I don’t have enough time in my life to hate something I live with every day. A lot of people assume that most fat people choose to be fat, but they judge us before knowing our story. I have Hypothyroidism. It causes an increase in weight, and a very little chance of being able to lose this weight. Yes, there is medication for it, but when your thyroid is off, so is your medication. You constentaly have to get it changed/increased/decreased. So before you judge someone on their physical appearance, ask some questions. I’d much rather someone ask why I am fat, than just call me fat.
What a simple, cool, and useful bondage position. I can’t believe I’ve never seen this before (that I recall). And a great use of long hair, too, turning what is usually an asset into a liability (for her).
It’s an open-leg variant of a yoga asana called Bhujangasana, or Cobra Pose. Although to be honest most yogis would consider the ropes cheating.
